By purchasing a ticket or any of the Nest Fest products, specials, deals relevant to the entry of the festival. Nest Fest takes no responsibility in the scenario of force majeure, if the event is canceled, it will be postponed to the weekend after. If still canceled after 2 attempts. Then Nest Fest will roll all ticket holders over to the consecutive year and offer no refunds. Nest Fest is a R18 event - No underage person will be able to be served alcohol, & must attend with a legal guardian to enter the festival. As an attendee of Nest Fest you give right to the festival owners to use in perpetuity any photos or live footage captured of the crowd for artists performing at Nest Fest. Any content captured of you or taken by you but used by nest fest will require no additional royalty or license by any photographer and if so will enter into a separate agreement. Nest Fest is solely responsible for it’s own team and any third party contractors on site will be the responsibility of their own.

 

This includes, bus company, camping supplier, security and any other staff on site or location.
